Our basic package covers manufacturers’ minimum recommendations for routine maintenance. For added protection of your standby power system, we also offer expanded packages that include additional service and priority emergency response.

Service call pricing varies based on normal business hours, after-hours, or emergency service.

*** Priority Response Services calls: Normal Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm – Call for pricing. Same day response / After 4:00 on M-F / Saturday – 2 hours minimum – Call for pricing. Emergency Call: Call for pricing. **All Emergency calls that require same-day response will be subject to a two (2) hour minimum labor charge**

With any PM Technologies Preventive Maintenance Package, you can expect a thorough generator maintenance inspection of all major systems during your scheduled visit. Our technicians will identify and resolve minor operational issues as part of the maintenance service. If any major repairs are needed, we’ll provide a detailed quote for a follow-up visit.

To ensure the highest level of performance, we follow specialized maintenance procedures for both liquid-cooled and air-cooled generators, based on manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.
